At Nature Spell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Return shipping is covered by us, and you will receive a full refund or replacement. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
When Contacting Us, Please Provide:
- Your order number
- Product details
- A brief explanation of your request (refund, return & refund, or replacement)
- Valid evidence (photos/videos, if applicable)
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.
